Position Overview:
The Strategy and Growth Analytics Team creates strategic initiatives provides market intelligence and executes data analyses to enable business growth.
The team is seeking a talented Sales Analyst to help uncover and present actionable insights to support Account Executives drive business growth within the APAC market.
This position is crossfunctional and will require collaboration with our market researchers product analysts data scientists and data engineers to deliver actionable insights to our stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities:
Visualize data to communicate business performance and opportunities to sales representatives and other stakeholders
Compile various data sources to generate actionable business recommendations
Improve data literacy with project stakeholders and help establish standards for informed decision making
Create adoption plans for stakeholders to better utilize internal data tools and help create a data centric organization
Create easytoconsume dashboards of key metrics; monitor and share insights at a frequent cadence
Serve as an internal consultant for Sales Marketing and Customer Support teams for all things data and analytics
Requirements:
Relevant exp: 25 years
Primary skill: Data Analytics Data Visualization Sales Enablement SQL PowerPoint and Good Communication skills.
Bachelors degree in analytics related field (i.e. business analytics engineering statistics math economics)
Experience gathering sourcing connecting and interpreting disparate data.
2 years of relevant experience
Great communication skills with technical people nontechnical people and executives
Strong SQL skills
Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (ie Looker Tableau)
Experience working in a Tech environment
Passionate about asking and answering questions in large datasets
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in B2B SaaS gotomarket motions or software sales
Masters in Data Analytics Data Science Business Economics Engineering Math Statistics or equivalent experience
Ability to problemsolve and understand key drivers of the business
Experience in Python/R
Predictive modeling experience
