Job Description
Position: Nurse Supervisor (Nursing)
Location: Clifton Springs NY 14432
Pay Rate: $70/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 8hr Nights
Guarantee Hours: 40
Job Summary:
The Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing staff ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care. This role requires leadership in supervising staff patient care management and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards during rotating shifts.

- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Must float through out the facility on ALL units
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and manage patient care delivery.
- Assist in clinical decisionmaking and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient care planning.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Handle staff scheduling performance and mentorship.
