Requirements:
- 3 years extensive acute care clinical experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college or pharmacy.
- Experience with computer operations unit dose drug dispensing systems IV admixture and parenteral chemotherapy ad mixture experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently without direct supervision within established policy.
- Must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Massachusetts license
- BLS (AHA)
