Job Summary:
Our client is seeking techsavvy and detailoriented ICT Personnel to join their logistics team in Kinshasa. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing the organization s IT infrastructure providing technical support and ensuring smooth technology operations to enhance efficiency within the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain computer hardware software networks and telecommunications systems.
Provide technical support to staff troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
Manage user accounts and access rights in compliance with company policies.
Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining backup systems and antivirus software.
Assist in the integration and maintenance of logistics management software and systems.
Conduct periodic system updates and ensure compliance with IT standards and protocols.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
Train staff on the use of software applications and new technologies.
Collaborate with external vendors for ITrelated services and solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in an ICT role preferably within the logistics industry.
Proficiency in network administration troubleshooting and systems integration.
Experience with logistics or fleet management software is an advantage.
Familiarity with data backup and recovery systems.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
