Job Description
7 years of experience configuring or managing ITSM software for an IT Service Desk.
5 years of experience as a Service Now system administrator or implementation developer responsible for configuring the ITSM module including incident Servce Request Change and knowledge.
2 years of experience as administer or implementation developer on a ServiceNow Domain Separated environment.
2 years of implementation experience with serviceNow.
2 years of experience with the ServiceNow SPM module.
ServiceNow Certified implementation Specialist
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Front-End Development: Proficient in Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Backend Development: Solid experience in Python, including Django and FastAPI for REST API development and microservices. AWS Services: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS). Databases: Experience working with databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL/PostGIS. RESTful APIs: Proficient in developing, integrating, and consuming RESTful services. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze big data and geospatial data and implement solutions for data visualization and spatial analysis. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues in a cloud-based environment. GIS Tools & APIs: Strong knowledge of GIS tools (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS) and mapping APIs (e.g., Leaflet, Mapbox).
