Job Description
Job Title: AEM Developer
Location: Pan India
Experience: 59 Years
Key Responsibilities:

AEM Development:
Design develop and customize AEM components templates and applications to meet business requirements.Implement and manage AEM workflows integrations and customizations. -
FrontEnd Development:
Develop responsive and userfriendly frontend components using HTML CSS and JavaScript.Implement AEMspecific frontend frameworks and libraries including Sightly (HTL) and Sling Models. -
BackEnd Development:
Write and maintain Javabased code for AEM backend functionalities including servlets filters and workflows.Develop and manage AEM Java APIs custom components and OSGi services. -
Integration:
Integrate AEM with other systems and thirdparty services using RESTful APIs SOAP or other integration methods.Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between AEM and external applications. -
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize AEM performance including page load times server performance and resource utilization.Implement caching strategies optimize queries and resolve performance bottlenecks. -
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of AEM solutions.Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues and improve system stability. -
Documentation & Training:
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications deployment guides and user manuals.Provide training and support to endusers and other stakeholders on AEM functionalities and best practices. -
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with business analysts UX/UI designers and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in code reviews knowledge sharing and team meetings. -
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest AEM features updates and industry trends.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of AEM solutions.
Requried Skills:
- Experience with AEM Cloud Manager and AEM Sites as a Cloud Service.
- Knowledge of additional tools and technologies related to digital marketing and content management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
