Director of Sales Heated Blankets & Throws
5th Avenue New York NY 10016 (Hybrid)
Salary:$140000 $160000/year
Our client thinks that being cozy is not just a sensation you feel when you touch their products; its about creating cozy experiences that enhance the comfort and beauty of your home.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the endtoend sales daily management and seamless operation of the omnichannel heated products in the United States.
- Formulate comprehensive product sales plans with the Omni Channel President merchandising and design departments.
- Conducted indepth market research and analysis gathered competitor insights and provided strategic product development recommendations.
- Oversee the daily management of heated products ensuring the achievement of performance goals at retailers like Walmart Kohl Target and Macys.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding pricing rules channel regulations and profit accounting specific to each account.
Experience you will need:
- Bachelors degree or higher with a familiarity with heated home textile products and sales.
- Minimum of 10 years of handson experience in planning and developing sales for platforms such as Walmart Target Kohl and Macys demonstrating a clear understanding of the entire process and rules governing these accounts.
- Proven success and experience in operating heated blankets and throws showcasing exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to generate substantial placements at critical retailers.
- Exceptional leadership communication and collaboration capabilities ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
