Job Objective: The Company is seeking to hire a Dynamics 365 BC Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the organizations ERP system.
He/she will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance resolving user issues and implement enhancements in conjunction with the organization s ERP Consultant/Partner. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 BC will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and datadriven decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration:
Manage user access and permissions.
Configure and maintain system settings.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Perform regular system backups and restore procedures.
User Support:
Provide firstlevel and secondlevel support to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Conduct user training and documentation.
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with business users to implement process changes and system enhancements.
Report Development and Analysis:
Design develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
System Integration:
Integrate D365 BC with other systems such as Payroll Project Management tools or other ERP systems.
Project Implementation:
Participate in ERP implementation projects including data migration customization configuration and testing.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
Monitor system security and implement security best practices.
Requirements
Key Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or in any related field.
3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 BC preferably in a construction company.
Experience with ERP Implementation and support.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Business Central.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 BC including its core functionalities (Finance Sales Inventory and Projects Management).
Experience with C/AL programming and AL development.
Proficiency in SQL Server and database administration.
Knowledge of XML XSLT and web services.
Understands Technology Design & Implementation.
Perform Analytics & Modeling.
Understands System Architecture and Operational Solutions.
Understands Transition & Knowledge Transfer.
