Fintube Operator
- Pay:$24/hr (based on experience)
- Hours:Night Shift 5 PM 3:30 AM
- Job Type:TemptoHire
- Location:Catoosa OK
About the Role:
Were looking for a skilled Fintube Operator with 5 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine. If youre dedicated to quality and precision in finning operations wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate finning machines to wrap or embed fin strip material on tubes creating topquality fintubes
- Read blueprints planning sheets and technical data to determine the right tooling and setup procedures
- Mount align and secure parts in the machine adjusting speed feed and coolant flow as needed
- Monitor machine performance making adjustments to ensure specifications are met
- Feed tubes into the machine connect them using tube connectors and continue the finning process
- Measure and verify tube dimensions with gauges calipers and rulers to ensure accuracy
- Stop the machine as needed for setup changes or precision checks
- Perform routine maintenance and clean the machine tooling and parts
- Use an overhead crane to mount finning strip rolls
MustHave Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine
- Strong blueprint reading skills and technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Relevant experience or training equivalent to less than a high school diploma
