Job Description

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products.

Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Active Directory both remotely and onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating systemlevel across all server and network areas.

Configure services running on various platforms operating within a defined operating model and processes.

Resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Active Directory both remotely and onsite.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.

Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and contribute to the development of knowledge management systems.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

Strong understanding of server and network hardware and software components.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Microsoft Active Directory.

Knowledge of operating within a defined operating model and processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
