The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships as well as devising sales strategies to acquire new clients. With a strong understanding of the US staffing industry the individual will utilise negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM software to drive client acquisition. Data analysis and market research will be utilised to inform business development efforts and the individual will demonstrate strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with potential clients. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience and proficiency in client acquisition with technical skills including client relationship management sales strategy development and CRM software proficiency. Nontechnical skills such as strong communication negotiation and relationship building are essential along with strategic thinking leadership abilities and problemsolving skills. Additionally the ideal candidate will possess strong time management adaptability resilience and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client relationship management and retention ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty

Delivering compelling presentations to showcase the companys capabilities and value proposition to potential clients
Leading client acquisition efforts including prospecting outreach and closing deals
