Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Develop structured products: due diligence deal execution pricing process and systems.
- Identify and customize products for bank customers.
- Collaborate with various Business Units to roll out structured derivatives.
- Maximize profitability and market share of structured products.
- Provide technical expertise and education to marketing staff and clients.
- Manage processes infrastructure and resources to meet team targets.
- Implement and oversee policy and governance frameworks.
- Lead junior team members to achieve targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for structured derivatives.
Requirements
Qualifications
- University degree with 8 years in FX options and structured products.
- Proven track record as an FX product owner/structurer.
- Experience in developing hedging and wealth management products.
- Understanding of China onshore market dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of FX options and structured products.
- Familiar with trading systems and competitive landscape.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations and banking issues.
- Proven leadership influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership and customer service mindset.
- Selfstarter with attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Minimum 6 years experience in system implementation or IT project management, preferably in banking / finance industry Solid experience in Java and Spring Framework, MQ and JMS, REST API, SOAP, XML and JSON Familiar with interface integration development (such as REST API design), system integrations, system automation and Microservices technologies such as K8S Experience on DevOps or CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira) Sound knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong analytical, problem solving skills In-depth knowledge of investment product is preferable A team player with good interpersonal skill Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
Education
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines
