The Head of Maintenance and Molds is responsible for managing the maintenance department to ensure the reliability and operational efficiency of the plant. Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of overseeing preventive predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and spare parts inventories.
- Handson experience with injection molding blow molding and auxiliary equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Leadership experience managing crossfunctional teams.
Required Skills
- Expertise in maintenance systems including preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing TPM and 5S methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on achieving results.
