The School has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Motivated and engaging teacher to join us. You will be joining an incredibly dedicated caring and collaborative team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has bachelors degree with Education (B.ed) and Bachelors /masters in mathamatics.
- Has Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years.
- Are located in City Etah.
- Has high level of success in teaching across school children.
- Has strong Interpersonal communication written and spoken English
- Is enthusiastic imaginative and forward thinking
- Can inspire motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
- Is able to form positive relationship with Children staff and parents
About the role:
Teaching:
- Plan and teach wellstructured lessons to assigned classes following the schools plans curriculum and scheme of work
- Assess monitor record and report on the learning needs progress and achievement of assigned students making accurate and productive use of assessments
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
- Set high expectations which inspire motivate and challenge students.
- Promote good progress and outcome by students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests
Organization Strategy and Development
- Contribute to the development implementation and evaluation of the schools policies practices and procedures to support the schools values and vision
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure coordinated outcomes
- Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
Professional Development
- Take part in the Schools appraisal process
- Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.
Position: PGT Maths Teacher Location: Etah,UP Employment Type: Full-time Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor, Master s degree in maths and B.Ed. degree (Bachelor of Education) . Experience: Minimum of 1- 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably as a PGT maths teacher. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, classroom management expertise, and proficiency in using modern technology for teaching. Benefits PGT(IX-XII): 35,000 45,000/- Other Facilities Individual Male teacher may get complementary Food & Accommodation Lady Teachers may be paid Rs 2000 extra since they are not provided with Food; Accommodation only If both husband and wife, they join together they get Rs 2,500 each as complementary HR Benefits CL encashment & one child tuition fee free after one year of service Increment: First three years 3%, then till 5 years 7%, then till 9 year 8.5%, from tenth year onwards 10%
