Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ForgeRock IAM Specialist to design implement and manage identity management solutions leveraging ForgeRock technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing IAM solutions including endtoend project execution application integration and advanced customization using ForgeRock OpenIDM and OpenAM. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver secure and scalable identity lifecycle management and access control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ForgeRock Implementation:
   

   • Lead and execute IAM projects using ForgeRock technologies including OpenIDM and OpenAM.
     
   • Manage requirements gathering analysis design development testing deployment and application support.
     

2. System Configuration & Integration:
   

   • Install configure and deploy ForgeRock OpenIDM and OpenAM in high availability mode.
     
   • Integrate applications with ForgeRock OpenAM for Single SignOn (SSO) coarsegrain authorization session management and password management.
     

3. Custom Development:
   

   • Develop custom solutions leveraging ForgeRock OpenAM features like authentication chains postauthentication plugins (PAP) custom authentication modules and adaptive access management.
     
   • Design custom workflows using the BPMN engine and deploy workflows in ForgeRock OpenIDM.
     
   • Utilize scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript for advanced customizations.
     

4. Federation and Standards Integration:
   

   • Achieve SSO integration across domains using standards like SAML OAuth and WSFederation.
     
   • Collaborate with partners to integrate and ensure compliance with security standards.
     

5. Target System Integration:
   

   • Integrate ForgeRock OpenIDM with target systems such as LDAP (OpenDJ Active Directory) databases CSV REST APIs and cloudbased applications.
     

6. Architecture Design and Support:
   

   • Provide architectural solutions for identity lifecycle management SSO federation and stepup authentication.
     
   • Perform handson development estimations sizing and custom IAM integrations.
     

7. Technology Expertise:
   

   • Work with LDAP SSL RDBMS and Linux environments.
     
   • Utilize web/application servers like IIS WebSphere WebLogic JBoss and Apache.
     

8. Documentation and Training:
   

   • Prepare advanced documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
     
   • Conduct IAM training sessions and proof of concepts for emerging IAM technologies.
     

9. Process Adherence:
   

   • Ensure alignment with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
     
   • Leverage process frameworks and methodologies for effective project delivery.
     

10. Collaboration:
    

    • Build strong relationships with clients team members and stakeholders.
      
    • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless execution of projects.
      

Required Skills:

• 3 years of handson experience with ForgeRock technologies including OpenIDM and OpenAM.
  
• Expertise in at least two IAM engagements including design implementation and support.
  
• Proficiency in SSO coarsegrain authorization session management and password management using ForgeRock.
  
• Advanced scripting knowledge using Groovy and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with integration standards such as SAML OAuth and WSFederation.
  
• Strong understanding of LDAP RDBMS SSL and Linux.
  
• Familiarity with web/application servers like IIS WebSphere WebLogic JBoss and Apache.
  

Preferred Skills:

• IAM technology certifications (e.g. ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist).
  
• Certifications like PMP or CISSP and familiarity with other security domains.
  
• Exposure to emerging IAM trends and advanced use cases.
