Job Description
Utilize CMM and various handheld inspection tools to measure and verify component dimensions.
Prepare detailed Inspection Record Sheets (IRS) for all inspected components.
Identify and document any defects or nonconformances found during inspections.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and findings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and quality control.
