Network Analyst (SDWAN Viptela Juniper Mist Cisco Meraki) Level 1/2 Support Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Bengaluru Job Type: FullTime Experience Level: Entry Level About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer specializing in SDWAN Viptela Juniper Mist and Cisco Meraki to join our IT team. This role focuses on providing Level 1/2 support Coordinating with Vendor and Remote Hands support and troubleshooting with 24X7 rotational shifts for our US based client. Key Responsibilities: Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Level 1/2 support ensuring quick resolution of network issues. Coordinating with Vendor and Remote Hands support. Router replacement switch replacement AP replacement. Conduct root cause analysis and address potential problems. Manage escalations and complex troubleshooting in shifts as shift lead. Publishing reports for network fields. Maintenance and Monitoring: Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance. Perform regular assessments and performance tuning. Document network configurations and changes. Implement regular changes for the requests received as SR within given SLA. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field. 5 years of network engineering experience with SDWAN Viptela Juniper Mist and Cisco Meraki. Certifications like CCNA JNCIA or equivalent along with SDWAN and Wireless. Strong knowledge of network protocols routing switching and security. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills. Zscaler: Knowledge in managing Zscaler solutions for secure web gateway cloud firewall and data protection including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) would be a plus.
