As an Operations Engineer you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. You will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Database Administration. Strong understanding of database administration principles and best practices. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems. Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for database systems. Familiarity with database security and access control. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database issues. Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
