Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues collaborating with crossfunctional teams and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Provide support to endusers and address their queries and concerns. Monitor application performance and stability and take proactive measures to improve them. Document and maintain technical documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. Participate in the testing and deployment of application updates and enhancements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support services.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Windows Server. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
