Position: Advisor IT Infrastructure
Location: Bangalore Hyderabad
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide database technical support(24X7 support) Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of database systems.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Monitor routine database backups and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with the senior database administration team for any escalations.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for databaserelated issues.
- Document processes procedures and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in database administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as Db2 MySQL SQL Server or Oracle.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in a technical support or IT role is preferred but not required.
