- Independently designing of press tools like as Blanking Piercing Forming Bending etc.
- Independently Designing of Progressive press Tools.
- Executing of Drawings and Bill of Materials.
- Creation of Final Drawings for Final Machining Detail Assembly Detail.
- Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material Individual Components and Assembly Independently Tool Design & Tool Manufacturing of sheet metal components.
- Lead all activities of tool design and development from the conceptual through detail phases including postdesign support.
- Perform component feasibility studies and involvement in quoting tool costs.
- Design die layouts for RFQ purpose.
- Solve manufacturing and tryout problems.
- Feasibility details of part design/ Part Assemblies.
- Making 2D and 3D Model.
- Candidate should have knowledge in GD & T.
- Knowledge in Tool Manufacturing and press part defects.
- Should be able to read customer drawings.
- Should know the design analysis.
- Able to guide the team members.
- Should have good knowledge regarding all the machining and press tool assembly.
- Communicating with the Engineer and Manager to determine the technical requirements
