Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate the delivery of programs projects or managed services through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda. Support the delivery of programs projects or managed services by providing guidance and expertise in Infrastructure Service Management. Ensure compliance with service management policies procedures and standards and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs projects or managed services.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management. Good To Have Skills: Experience in contract management and shared service coordination. Experience in delivering programs projects or managed services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
