Job Description

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Configure services on various platforms and implement technology at the operating systemlevel. Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2 issues. Collaborate with team members to discuss and resolve technical problems. Assist in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Knowledge of operating systems and software solutions. Familiarity with hardware and software support. Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
