JOB PURPOSE
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for supervising recruitment activities within the organization. The manager
plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of hiring activities and selection process. This individual will also be expected to
manage and maintain relationships with third party recruitment vendors.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify recruitment needs of different functions within the organization
Ensure staffing needs are met while keeping the longterm objective of the organization in mind
Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Define develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities while ensuring
systematic ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed
Manage selection process for new employees
Execute robust searching strategies
Source potential candidates through professional routes
Drive the adoption of consistent recruiting interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks related to time to fill cost per hire diversity hiring
hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Be responsible for the implementation of a costeffective timely and highquality recruitment process to ensure
excellent hiring manager and candidate experience and longterm success of the talent acquisition team
Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities progress and challenges
Focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements
Partner with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the
market versus the requirement & share market insights
Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and emerging recruitment technologies incorporating innovative
approaches into talent acquisition efforts
Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices interview techniques and legal considerations
Maintain strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business
objectives
Negotiate complex employment offers to attract highly skilled candidate
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
Lead oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
Maintain metrics such as Time to Accept (TTA) TimetoFind/Hire and Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS)
Possess expertise in talent sourcing attracting toptier candidates and developing a strong talent pipeline
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Provide requisitions to third party vendors as and when required
Evaluate candidates' cultural fit and alignment with the organizations values
Design plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls etc)
Ensure successful candidate onboarding
Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations
Find possible roadblocks in the hiring process if any and devise optimum solutions for the same
Help the organization grow by finding the most suitable talent
Ensure excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve mutual goals
