Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if
the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same
individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno
Beach FL (required);
Experience as an IT Business Analyst;
Experience in developing applications on AWS;
Experience in building relationships with team members and
stakeholders;
Expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes
especially in areas like inventory management and automation;
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for
automated solutions.
Preferred:
Experience with Scrum and/or Kanban software support and
development teams;
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
Experience in energy or utilities industry;
Experience with tax credit transferability specifically for renewable
energy would be a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Review and analyze business practices particularly related to
inventory management for renewable tax credits to identify
technology opportunities;
Work closely with business partners to gather document and refine
requirements for an automated solution to streamline tax credit
management.
Lead and facilitate geographically diverse teams in development
and delivery execution to ensure business value is achieved;
Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and team
members to ensure all project needs and objectives are met;
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of AWSbased
applications ensuring they align with business goals;
Support teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies for software
development and ensure alignment with agile practices;
Track and report the progress of the Tax Transferability Project to
management ensuring transparency and timely delivery of solutions.
