Job Description
Position: LPN/LVN Medical/Surgical (Nursing)
Location: Oswego NY 13126
Duration: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Payrate: $38/hr
Shift: Night

- 12hour shift
- 7p7a
- 8week assignment
- Adult/Geriatric population
- 37 bed unit
- 5:01 RN ratio
- Pulmonary cardiac GI patient diagnosis
- 1 years experience
- BLS required
- Meditech charting
- Might be asked to float to ICU ED OBas helper if low census on unit

- Provide direct patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by RN or physician.
- Educate patients and families about health management and selfcare.
