Job Description
Major responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop proposals that align with customer needs and industry standards.
- Provide technical and commercial support for sales opportunities in the IMEA region.
- Handle the bid process from enquiry to award ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Attend customer meetings and marketing events both locally and internationally.
- Offer insights on market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to drive business growth.
- Support new product innovation and costsaving initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- 15 years of experience in sales estimating or application engineering preferably in a similar industry.
- Tertiary education in engineering disciplines (Electrical PLC Software Marine Engineering preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and handle pressure.
- Technical competence with a fastlearning attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English fluency is mandatory; Hindi is an advantage.
