- Workday Advanced Compensation Implementation Certification required.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation implementation configuration and support.
- Proven experience managing a full lifecycle of Workday Advanced Compensation implementation from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures including regular pay bonuses stock payouts and commissions.
- Strong project management skills including experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Must Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Workday Advanced Compensation Implementation Certification required.
