Epic Implementation Director
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the successful deployment and integration of Epic system across Hospital for the Back2Foundation projects
- Manage crossfunctional teams coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring that the implementation aligns with the organizations strategic goals and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for planning executing and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget
- Lead the overall Epic implementation strategy and execution ensuring alignment with the organizations objectives
- Develop and communicate the project vision goals and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Epic Systems representatives and internal executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies
- Oversee project scope schedule and budget ensuring adherence to agreedupon parameters
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the projects performance and outcomes
- Conduct postimplementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement
- Work with implementation teams to ensure Epic Implementations are fully staffed and timelines are met
- Foster excellent communications strong teamwork and customer service
Qualifications
- Requires a track record in strong leadership strategic planning project management and change management skills
- Experience and ability to effectively lead a large team of individuals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills including planning budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading largescale complex Epic implementation projects
