Job Description

Summary: As an Application Developer you will design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed using Agile Project Management methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing business requirements and developing highquality applications that align with the organizations goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design develop and test applications using Agile Project Management methodologies.

Ensure that the applications meet the business process and application requirements.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.

Experience in designing and developing applications using Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java C# or Python.

Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skill
