Job Description:
- As the Technical Lead on Kore.AI platform :
- Lead a technical design and implementation of Conversational AI
- Automation Workflows and Integrations on Kore.AI platform.
- You will be working with Business team to understand the requirements work with Architects in solution design
- be responsible for developing server APIs/components and be a part of application scaling and database design.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of solid development experience; should have worked on open source platforms
- Must Have: Design and Development experience on building automation flows on Kore.AI platform
- Must Have: Experience with version control products like Github
- Must Have: Experience building Chatbots Conversational AI & Voice applications for Contact Centers
- Must Have: Experience in building cloud native applications
- Must Have: UI Development experience on React / Angular
- Must Have: Knowledge of AI NLP and ML
- Must Have: Experience in working as part of multifunctional teams and leading small development teams as part of Agile delivery.
- Good to have: Kore certification
