Job Description
Position: Technical Stibo Architect (2 roles)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Stibo Architect with extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions particularly Stibo STEP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that support product data and master data governance integration and management within an enterprise landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and Design MDM Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of Stibo STEP MDM solutions to manage and govern product master data across multiple systems and platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of Stibo STEP with other systems including ERP CRM and eCommerce platforms ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the Stibo STEP platform to meet clientspecific requirements ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Data Governance: Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish data governance frameworks policies and processes for effective data management and quality control.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of Stibo STEP and related systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare detailed technical documentation and provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders on the use and management of the Stibo STEP platform.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver projects within timelines ensuring quality deliverables and addressing risks and issues proactively.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with at least 35 years of handson experience with Stibo STEP.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterpriselevel MDM solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Stibo STEP platform architecture data modeling configuration and customization.
- Experience with system integration APIs web services and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in databases ETL processes and data migration strategies.
- Experience in Java JavaScript or similar languages used for custom extensions and scripting within MDM systems.
