Job Description
Lead the design and development of complex Power BI models reports and dashboards aligning with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Power BI developers.
Develop and implement data modeling strategies optimizing performance and scalability.
Create DAX calculations and measures to derive meaningful insights from data.
Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and user experience.
Stay uptodate with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Mentor and develop the Power BI team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
Expertlevel proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Deep understanding of data modeling concepts DAX and measures.
Strong SQL skills and experience with query modes and live mode connections.
Proven ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and mentoring BI teams.
