join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of analyzing business
needs and ensuring the quality of our software products.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and
analyze business requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear complete and
aligned with business objectives.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities
for improvement. Provide recommendations for optimizing workflows and systems.
Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications user stories and use cases.
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders
and development teams. Ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and
deliverables.
Business Modeling: Develop and maintain business process models data flow
diagrams and other relevant documentation to support project planning and execution.
Testing Support: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that business requirements
are accurately translated into test cases and that all functional requirements are met.
Quality Assurance (QA):
Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business
requirements user stories and functional specifications.
Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality
performance and security of applications. Identify document and track defects through
to resolution.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not
adversely affect existing functionality.
Quality Metrics: Monitor and report on key quality metrics such as defect rates test
coverage and test execution results. Provide feedback to development teams to
improve product quality.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks where
applicable. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the
CI/CD pipeline.
Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported during testing. Collaborate
with development teams to resolve defects and ensure the delivery of highquality
software.
