Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Location: Fort Yates ND 58538
Start Date: Nov 2024
Duration: 12 Months (Options for 26 weeks Contract)
Shift Schedule: 12/hr 8hr 10hr Days and Nights (weekends and holidays)
Qualification:
Certifications: CNA license in a state
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care including vital signs height/weight I&O measurement EKGs blood glucose readings throat cultures and dressing changes.
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones assisting with scheduling and managing patient education materials.
- Assist with patient admissions and transfers including initiating admission packets.
- Escort patients to and from other departments for activities or appointments.
- Recognize and report significant changes in a patients condition.
