Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) you will lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop endtoend testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Your role will involve applying testing methodologies principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Should include prior handson experience with performance testing and optimization. Experience with the Power Platform CLI testing tools including EasyRepro. Experience installing configuring and running performance testing software like Gatling BrowserStack LoadRunner etc. Ability to work with developers to troubleshoot and optimize code. Prior experience working with Microsoft Support engineers to improve performance Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. 4 to 7 years of D365 CRM testing experience Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. Experience in developing and implementing endtoend testing strategies. Knowledge of quality processes and methodologies. Experience in managing and assessing the testing process. Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or JUnit. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years fulltime education is required.
