Role: SourcetoPay (S2P) Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Job Description:
The S2P Source to Pay Business Systems Analyst is a critical role in implementing and stabilizing our Consolidated Oracle Cloud ERP. This position is responsible for managing the S2P value stream. The position will need to understand business requirements for S2P be able to support current ERP Consolidation Program as well an MR Maintenance Request/Enhancement track. This includes requirement gathering design and solutioning validation of data and coordinating activities between various business and technical resources. S2P covers procurement expense reports receiving AP and sourcing.
What you will be doing...
Lead ERP S2P related solutions/enhancements.
Work with stakeholders and within the team to develop and document requirements.
Accountable for various IT artifacts: content completion and quality.
Drive & contribute to project solutions JAD sessions responsible for gathering input / documenting TSD HLD
Responsible for facilitating requirements / scope tradeoff with application teams business sponsor and demand organization.
Accountable for aligning all technology teams when delivering IT solutions.
Support the SA (Solution Architect) in defining overall solution approach in partnership with Technology stakeholders.
Support the Project Manager throughout project life cycle.
Work with Enterprise Architecture and procurement on defining vendor expectations.
Working with the PM Application teams and security teams in the creation and management of governance/gating artifacts.
Accountable / responsible for the managing change requests (PCRs).
Responsible (in partnership with the PM / application teams) for the negotiation of code drop dates in balance with business requested delivery dates.
Support testing teams/activities: test plan/case consultation and manage defect triage with appropriate application teams.
Work closely with third party technology vendors; ability to challenge the vendor design to ensure what is being built satisfies the needs of our business partners.
Liaise with other Technology Solution Delivery groups including the Network and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and application support for the business.
Coordinate team efforts to resolve complex issues and conflicts and escalate to executive level wherever required.
Endorse quality innovation and timely communication of issues / opportunities. Coach team members in delivery issue management and risk management.
What you have...
A BS/BA Degree in Computer Science Business or related field or equivalent and/or combination of training and experience as deemed sufficient by management.
5 years of experience as a business analyst
3 years of Oracle Cloud ERP Experience specifically with procurement expense reports receiving AP and sourcing
Has experience designing business processes.
Has experience designing systems solutions.
Has experience developing and executing test plans.
Ability to lay out a plan and coordinate activities.
Full Time
