Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
- Functional Test Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics (Expert Level) and Data Migration projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through rigorous functional testing and test automation specifically using Playwright.
- This role requires indepth knowledge of Dynamics applications Data migration processes and handson experience in automating tests to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Exposure to End2End and Integration testing experience also as a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Testing:
- Design develop and execute functional test cases to validate the integrity and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Perform endtoend testing of integrated systems including Dynamics 365 and related data migration processes.
- Validate data migration processes to ensure data accuracy completeness and integrity postmigration.
- Identify document and track defects ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on test strategies and objectives.
- Participate in sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies to provide input on test planning and execution.
- Communicate test progress results and any issues to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation and functional testing.
- Mentor and support junior test engineers (automation QA) sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously improve test processes tools and methodologies to enhance quality assurance capabilities.
