Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Charles Town WV
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Duration: 7 weeks contract
Guarantee: 36 hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure and heart rate.
- Provide mobility support by helping patients move reposition and walk safely.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation following proper lifting techniques.
- Support nursing staff by performing routine tasks such as changing bed linens feeding and ensuring patient comfort.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Minimum of Specify Experience e.g. 1 year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in different healthcare environments including hospitals nursing homes or rehabilitation centers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patientcentered care.
- Flexibility to work in various healthcare facilities and adapt to different working conditions.
