Job Description

Find the Job Description of Exclusive Resource to monitor Haleon establishment compliances at PAN India with overseeing the compliance service deliveries by the Vendor who manages the PAN India compliances.

1. Monitor and provide necessary inputs on any store opening or closure for carrying out formalities and ensure ontime registrations renewals and filing of returns.

2. Coordinate with Govt. authorities for compliance related requirements/branch visits and close the observations and notices.

3. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in maintaining the labour laws up to date and complete the display of abstract and Notices.

4. Responsible for submitting MIS monthly report to Directors and respective location SPOCs.

5. Coordinate with respective Vendors and Procurement team for documents and details pertaining to Contract Labour Registration / Renewals and during Vendor Audits.

6. Collaborate with all teams of Haleon with respect to Annual Internal / External Audits if any to collect and collate required data and present the same to the Audit Team as and when required.

7. Coordinate with Payroll team for monthly data and headcount reconciliation for monthly billing and LWF addition/deletion.

8. Submission of monthly invoices and coordinating for payments/PO copies monthly payment tracker returns tracker with location specific SPOCs.

9. Raising the PR / PO based on the business need.

10. Ensure regular compliance reports (MIS ) for management and regulatory authorities through vendor.

11. Statutory Inputs for Policy Development and during implementation.

12. Develop and deliver training programs to employees on compliancerelated topics with the support of ER Lead / Payroll Lead

13. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and ensure the organizations compliance.

14. Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

15. ER related supports during audits/investigations/Visits to the labour departments and audits etc.
