Overview:
Subject matter expert responsible for leading all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process from proposal through program execution. The role includes strategic sourcing managing cost schedule and performance and developing and executing supply chain transformation projects.
Position:
FullTime Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Manage Supply Chain acquisition processes including proposal stage and execution.
- Analyze markets and strategic sourcing to align with business goals.
- Oversee cost schedule and technical performance; ensure ontime delivery quality and affordability.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of Supply Chain Professionals.
- Drive and execute supply chain transformation and improvement projects.
- Handle staffing recruiting training and talent development.
- Negotiate contracts and manage major contractual milestones.
- Implement solutions to complex problems and identify areas for performance improvement.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Indepth knowledge of project management and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of market analysis strategic sourcing and supply chain operations.
- Experience in managing crossfunctional teams and developing strategic supplier relationships.
- Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
- Proven ability to lead supply chain transformation projects and drive improvements.
