About the role
Acting as Incident Commander will coordinate the activities during and after a critical issue (P1 P2) understanding the impact on business and identifying improvements from the lessons learnt.
As a part of your job you will:
- Managing high critical issue with all involved vendor and internal customer teams.
- Promote a collaborative and mission focus mentality across all team.
- Identify and suggest improvement to existing process and flows.
- Guarantee the Overall stability of the system.
What are we looking for
- Incident Management for Production Environment
- Ticket management (SPOC)
- Tickets triage and ticket forwarding
- Identify risks and dependencies
- Identify Technical Debt Reduction Processes
- Suggest improvements
- Followup of improvements
- Support DevOps teams
- Impact analysis of changes/enhancements
- Operational Model Blueprint review
- Compliant with SLAs SLIs SLOs
- Standby 24h x 7d (might happen)
Nice to have:
- PL SQL/ SQL
- Unix & Networks
- Bash Scripting
Personal traits
- Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
