Summary: As an Application Lead you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders analyzing requirements designing solutions and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality of deliverables. This role requires strong leadership skills technical expertise in Apache JMeter and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Lead the design development and implementation of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the project providing technical guidance and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and architect solutions that meet the projects objectives. Oversee the development process ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter. Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or Gatling. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and highperformance applications. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript. Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries. Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years fulltime education is required.
