Job Description
Job Description: Employee should ready to work in Nigh Shift Intermediate communication skill is needed.
- The resource should have understanding basic banking concepts
- Should be ready to work with Tracking tool and Banking Payment applications.
Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve nonstandard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
- CTC would be : 15000
- Contract Duration: 12 months.
- Shift Timings : 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM /9.00PM to 6.30PM
- RTOWFH: RTO
- Project Notice Period : 1 month.
- Work Location: Chennai
- Qualification: Any Graduate
