RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the companys needs to contribute to its success by hiring talented and reliable candidates.
- Promoting the companys brand with recruitment initiatives and events
- Ensuring that best practices regarding environmental and waste management related to the job are correctly carried out.
- Detecting and informing possible improvements in terms of Sustainability and Environmental issues.
- Liaising with HRBPs and internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Offering advice about selection criteria hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Developing hiring strategies and specific searching methods by targeting in line with industry trends as well as keeping a healthy and culturally fit pipeline for each hiring process.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates as well as facilitating preinterview assessments.
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the companys strategic planning.
- Managing relationships and agreements with external partners.
- Managing with ownership Talent Acquisition and Branding KPIs.
- Actively proposing continuous improvement plans for the employee journey related to Talent acquisition & Branding.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology Labour Relations Business Administration or similar.
- Masters Degree in HR Management preferred.
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish market and international headhunting or recruiting experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of using different job platforms such as LinkedIn Infojobs Social media Business Schools universities etc.
