What you will do at Signaturit
- Lead and inspire a team: Manage and mentor a team of Software Engineers guiding them in developing one of our core products. Foster their technical growth encourage skill advancement and support their career development.
- Cultivate a highperformance culture: Establish and maintain a team culture that embodies our engineering excellence and customercentric approach.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Product Business and other crossfunctional teams to design and deliver an outstanding clientside experience ensuring highquality output and alignment with business objectives.
- Streamline agile processes: Implement and oversee an efficient lightweight agile workflow to effectively track progress prioritize tasks and maintain the delivery of topquality work.
What skills will make you perfect
- Have prior experience as a technical manager in a techdriven company or department showcasing your ability to lead with confidence.
- Consistently promote an environment rooted in ownership autonomy trust collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Possess the skills to identify potential develop team members and inspire a cohesive motivated group.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in backend development especially in creating web applications using modern frameworks with a preference for experience in PHP.
- Have handson knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Align team goals seamlessly with business objectives adeptly navigate complex challenges and support longterm strategic initiatives.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in Spanish and English with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences and provide insightful feedback and coaching.
- Experience or familiarity with digital signatures is a strong plus.
