TGB Spa by DKollectionis thrilled to expand its team with a new opportunity for a Spa Host to deliverexceptional customer service and ensure guests enjoy a relaxing and memorable spa experience.
As a Spa Host you will be the welcoming face of our spa responsible for providing outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will be pivotal in creating a serene environment where our clients can unwind and rejuvenate.If youre passionate about hospitality have great communication skills and enjoy making people feel special wed love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities for a Spa Host
- Manage reception duties including bookings diary coordination via Zenoti and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Greet and engage clients offering drinks taking coats and creating a welcoming experience.
- Handle all communications including emails calls and voicemails with professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation replenishing stock towels and supplies as needed.
- Process payments accurately and ensure client consultation forms are completed ahead of appointments.
- Personalise the guest experience by noting preferences and collaborating with the team for seamless service.
Who You Are:
Were looking for a customerfocused individual who thrives in a luxurious hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a spa hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- An attentive and detailoriented approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing scheduling systems and handling administrative tasks.
