Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6.59 years of overall experience in SAP QM with a strong background in implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role involves leading SAP S/4HANA QM implementations providing expertise in quality management processes and ensuring successful project delivery for our clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead and manage the endtoend implementation of SAP S/4HANA QM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP QM modules to meet client requirements and integrate with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Conduct requirement gathering solution design and blueprinting activities for SAP QM projects.
- Consulting & Advisory:
- Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA QM best practices methodologies and innovations.
- Analyze and optimize quality management processes ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Offer solutions to complex quality management challenges including quality planning inspection and control.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project activities ensuring timely and successful implementation of SAP QM solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams clients and stakeholders to manage project scope deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare and present project status reports manage risks and address issues effectively.
- Support & Optimization:
- Provide postimplementation support for SAP QM solutions including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Ensure system stability and efficiency through regular updates maintenance and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for client teams to ensure effective utilization of SAP QM solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including design documents configuration guides and user manuals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or SAP certifications in S/4HANA QM are a plus.
- Experience:
- 6.59 years of overall experience in SAP QM with handson experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven track record in configuring implementing and supporting SAP QM solutions.
- Skills:
- Indepth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM modules including Quality Planning (QP) Quality Inspection (QI) and Quality Control (QC).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management including planning execution and risk management.
Preferred Attributes:
- SAP S/4HANA QM certification or related qualifications.
- Experience in leading or managing SAP S/4HANA QM implementation projects.
- Familiarity with related SAP modules (e.g. PP MM) and integration points.
