Reporting directly to the People & Talent Director and supporting the rest of the team this role will be the first point of contact for all HR administrative enquiries. This is a great chance for someone looking to enhance their experience in a scaling organisation thatll offer exposure across the full employee timeline from preboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
You will be responsible for the accuracy of all data and driving the efficiency of all HR administrative processes throughout the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. As the HR Administrator you will also support on key people initiatives and projects to continuously improve our ways of working such as enhancing our Payroll processes and you could also expect to:
Thisis a hybrid role working a minimum of 23 days per week in the office.
About you:
For this role youll needakeen interest in HR with some previous exposure to at least one people related function (e.g. Recruitment L&D or Reward) andproven experience working at pace and juggling multiple competing priorities.
