Job Description
Job Title: Onsite Engineer
Location: Murfreesboro TN
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- HV safety curriculum and coordinate onsite training regularly.
- HV station reediness (OP810860 OP270 OP280 OP440 )
- Detailed station layout including:
- HV PPE storage
- Boundaries
- Lights/Signals
- Material flow and layout
- Sourcing and procurement of above supplies
- Develop HV station Audits to be completed by TMs
- HV work instruction final audit and updates
- Help develop and source HV battery returnable container that works with inspection process
- Help develop and audit HV battery QC/Control plan
- Define in station test/checks
- Source tools and equipment for checks
- Develop and audit Chassis HV only QC/control plan
- Long term battery storage solution
- Lead development of plan and putting ROM quotes together
- OP280 Commissioning
- Audit and update SWI
- Help development of shortterm interface to check all control functions
- Help develop what future state looks like.
Qualification:
- B.tech/B.E./M.Tech.
